Indian Economy is Shining, Globally
Since 2005, realestate in India has attracted nearly 32 billion dollars in investment from private equity players. According to experts, despite a few global headwinds, the private equity investments look healthy for this year as well. A purported reason for the attractiveness of the Indian real estate sector among private equity players, say industry insiders, is that the Indian economy is modernizing and strengthening and also because India is globally recognized as an attractive investment destination.
